Peach Jelly

Ingredients: peaches, pure cane sugar, water, pectin

8 oz. jar

Peach Jelly is a sweet, translucent fruit spread made from peaches, sugar, and fruit pectin, resulting in a smooth gelatin texture that captures the flavor of ripe peaches.

-Use to glaze pork, beef or chicken on the grill or roasted in the oven.

-One of my favorite ways to sweeten my cup of hot tea.   Add a 1/2 teaspoon of peach jelly, stir and enjoy.

-Mix with garlic, soy sauce, oil and chili flakes and use as a marinade/sauce for a pork loin or chicken wings.

-Melt jelly and use as a sundae drizzle.
